This mochai kottai gravy suitable for poori , idli , dosa, chappathi, naan and coconut rice etc
.. Ingredients: Mochai payaru/ field beans -200 gms
To grind: Big onion - 1
Small onion- 10
Garlic pods- 25
Dry curry leaves-10
Grind all. Those ingredients without adding water
. To saute: Mustard seed-1

Urud dhall -1spoon
Sambar powder-3 spoons
Red chilli powder- 2 spoons
Garam masala powder-1 spoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 spoon
